Our kids' goalkeeper gloves are the same LUPOS models adult keepers wear, in the smaller sizes: 5, 6 and 7. Same latex, same cut, sized for their hands.
Size matters more than anything else. A glove that's too big moves around on the hand and the child loses control right at the save. One that's too small stretches at the seams and tears quickly.
Which size do they need
Measure the palm from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger. Age and height are only a guide: palm length decides.

At 12–13, many keepers already have adult-sized hands. If the palm measures 18–19 cm, look at size 8 or size 9.

What matters in kids' goalkeeper gloves
The surface they play on
On artificial turf or hard ground, the palm wears down much faster. That's what Tricolor White and Tricolor Navy are for: built for hard, abrasive surfaces, they last much longer on artificial turf, with grip slightly below our top models. On natural grass, the models with Contact and Giga Grip latex give the best grip.
First season in goal
Lime is the starting point of the range: soft latex, a lower price, a good fit for a child who's just starting out and for training.

What size goalkeeper gloves for a 10-year-old?
Usually size 6, which fits ages 9 to 12. Check the palm anyway: for size 6 it measures 16–16.5 cm from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger.
How do I measure my child's hand?
With a ruler, on the inside of the palm, from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger. Compare the result with the "Palm length" column in the size chart.
My child is 13: size 7 or 8?
The chart gives size 7 for ages 12–13, but children grow differently. If the palm measures 18 cm, size 8 is the right fit.
Which gloves are good for artificial turf?

What age is size 5 for?
