How does it work?

LUPOS Pro Club is our loyalty program, available exclusively to registered customers on luposgk.eu. With every completed purchase, you automatically earn loyalty points based on the total order value.

🧮 How are points calculated?

• For every 100 RON spent, you receive 1 loyalty point.

• 1 point is worth 5 RON and can be used as a discount on future orders.

🔄 How can points be used?

• Loyalty points can be used partially or in full on your next purchase.

• The discount is applied automatically in your cart before completing the order.

• Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

👤 Who is eligible?

• Only customers with an active account on luposgk.eu can earn and use loyalty points.

• Your available points can be viewed in the My Account > Loyalty Points section.
