LUPOS Phantom Goalkeeper Gloves

CUT:
The LUPOS Phantom goalkeeper gloves feature a Negative cut, which enhances hand breathability thanks to mesh inserts.

GRIP:
The palm is made of German Contact natural latex, Super Premium category. The latex layer is 4 mm thick, backed by a 3 mm foam layer for excellent grip and cushioning.

BACKHAND:
The backhand is constructed from Airprene, a perforated neoprene, doubled with an additional 4 mm foam layer. Airprene provides enhanced breathability for the hand. Additionally, rubber structures on the fingers improve protection and efficiency when punching.

BREATHABILITY:
Both the mesh used in the negative cut and the Airprene allow the hand to breathe comfortably inside the glove.

WRIST CLOSURE:
The gloves use a double elastic band that wraps twice around the wrist, offering increased protection against sprains. This double band functions similarly to the protective wraps found in boxing gloves.

RECOMMENDED USE:
LUPOS Phantom gloves are recommended for match play.

What type of seam (cut) do Lupos Phantom gloves use?

This model benefits from a Negative Cut seam, which ensures a tight fit on the fingers, excellent contact with the ball and high precision when catching. Ventilation is ensured both by mesh inserts in the seam area and by the material on the back of the palm, made of Airpren (a perforated neoprene specially created for

What kind of latex is on the palm and how good is the grip?

The palm of the glove is made of a top natural latex, German Contact, from the Super Premium category. It has a thickness of 4 mm and is complemented by a 3 mm sponge layer. It offers exceptional grip on any surface, being a model designed for maximum control and confidently recommended for matches.

Do these gloves provide extra boxing and wrist protection?

Yes. To protect the hand from contact or punches (boxing), the back of the palm is doubled with a 4 mm sponge layer and has rubber structures applied directly to the fingers. Also, the wrist is secured with a double elastic strap; this surrounds the hand twice (similar to boxing gloves) to provide excellent stability and prevent dislocations.
