You have the possibility to return the product within 14 days, for any reason, if you have not used the products.

If you wish to return the products, you must first send us an email to advise you on the best method of doing so.
EXCLUDED FROM RETURN / EXCHANGE are:

Products already used and with signs of wear

Gloves whose protective films have been removed
Goalkeeper gloves or other products personalized at your request

The refund of the value of the products is made within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the return.

Specifically, you will send us the product to the address below, and after receiving and checking it, we will refund the amount you paid, including the price of shipping from us to you, within a maximum of 10 working days, most often within 1-3 working days.
The cost of the return shipping (from you to us) will be borne by you.

A return for any reason is only possible within 14 days of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, goods returned after this date cannot be refunded.

For exchange orders, to make things easier and faster for you, please contact us to determine the most convenient method for you. The return and shipping in case of size exchange is free of charge for you, the costs will be borne by us.

The return of defective gloves or the wrong size (due to our fault) will be processed free of charge, so you will not pay any fees or shipping costs.
