Contest Rules — Save of the Season

LUPOS video contest · 1 August – 1 September 2026

A contest for goalkeepers: film yourself making saves while wearing LUPOS gloves, publish the video on YouTube and enter the draw for one of the 20 pairs of premium goalkeeper gloves on offer.

1. The Organiser

This contest is organised by SC GREEN DOT SRL, registered office at Str. Dascălului no. 64, District 2, Bucharest, Romania, VAT no. RO34318530, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2015003987403, owner of the LUPOS brand and of the online store luposgk.eu (hereinafter „the Organiser”).

2. Contest period

Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. Who can enter

• Individuals residing in Romania or in any European Union member state.
• Minors may only enter through an entry submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who completes the form with their own contact details and accepts, on the minor's behalf, both the participation and the use of the video material.
• Employees of the Organiser, members of the jury and their first-degree relatives may not enter.

No purchase is necessary to enter and participation involves no cost for the entrant.

4. How to enter

• Film a clip of at least 20 seconds in which you make saves while wearing LUPOS goalkeeper gloves. The gloves must be visible on camera.
• Publish the video publicly on your own YouTube channel (standard video or Short).
• The video title must contain the word „Lupos”.
• Add the official entry text — available on the contest page — to the video description, together with the hashtag #AparaCuLupos.
• Complete the entry form on the contest page with the video link and your contact details.

An entrant may submit any number of videos, each through a separate form, but may win only one prize.

5. Validation criteria

An entry is valid if it cumulatively meets the following conditions:

• the video is public and accessible on YouTube throughout the contest period;
• the entrant genuinely appears making saves, wearing LUPOS gloves visible on camera;
• the title contains the word „Lupos” and the description contains the official entry text;
• the entry form has been completed correctly and in full;
• the material belongs to the entrant and contains no offensive language, violent or discriminatory content, or third-party copyrighted material.

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify, with stated reasons, any entry that does not meet these conditions. Wherever possible, the entrant will be contacted so the issue can be corrected before entries close.

6. Prizes

A total of 20 pairs of premium LUPOS goalkeeper gloves will be awarded.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be transferred to another person. The individual value of each prize falls below the tax-free threshold provided by Romanian tax legislation for income from prizes.

7. Selection of winners

Judged prizes (10 pairs). Awarded by a jury made up of representatives of the Organiser and professional goalkeepers partnered with the LUPOS brand. Criteria considered: difficulty and spectacularity of the save, quality of the filming and editing, originality of the presentation. The jury's decision is final.

Prize draw (10 pairs). All validated entries are automatically included in the draw, carried out at random and streamed live on the LUPOS Instagram and TikTok channels. A further 5 reserve winners are drawn and used in order of drawing if a winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize.

8. Announcement and delivery of prizes

• Winners are announced publicly on the LUPOS channels and contacted individually, using the email address and phone number provided in the form, no later than 12 September 2026.
• Each winner has 7 calendar days from first contact to confirm the prize and provide their chosen model, size and delivery address. After this deadline, the prize passes to a reserve winner.
• Prizes are delivered by courier at the Organiser's expense, within a maximum of 30 days from confirmation, within Romania. For deliveries to other EU member states, any shipping cost exceeding the domestic rate may be borne by the winner, subject to their prior agreement.

9. Rights over the video material

The video remains the property of the entrant and stays published on their own channel.

By entering the contest, the entrant grants the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence of unlimited duration to reproduce, distribute and communicate the submitted material to the public — in whole or in part — across the Organiser's own communication channels (website, social media, newsletter, online and offline promotional materials), including in compilations and paid advertising campaigns, always with attribution to the author.

The entrant warrants that they are the author of the material, that they hold all rights over it and that they have obtained the consent of any persons appearing in it. For minors appearing in the video, this consent is given by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Processing of personal data

The Organiser, acting as data controller, processes the data provided through the form (name, email address, phone number, age category, video link and, for winners, delivery address) solely for the purpose of organising and running the contest, validating entries and awarding prizes.

The legal basis is the entrant's consent and the Organiser's legitimate interest in running the contest. Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months after the contest ends, except for data required to justify the awarded prizes for tax and accounting purposes, which is retained for the periods required by law.

Entrants have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP). 11. Final provisions

• By entering, the entrant declares that they have read, understood and fully accept these rules.
• These rules are available publicly and free of charge on this page for the entire duration of the contest.
• The Organiser reserves the right to amend these rules or to discontinue the contest for reasons beyond its control, with prior notice on its official channels. Amendments do not affect entries already validated.
• The Organiser is not liable for entries that are incomplete, lost or not submitted due to technical problems with third-party platforms.
• Any disputes will be settled amicably; failing that, jurisdiction lies with the courts at the Organiser's registered office. These rules are governed by Romanian law.
